A very pleasant surprise! I felt it was quite Buffy-ish (in a good way), which is unsurprising given that the writer – Marti Noxon – used to pen Buffy.

I thought the dark comedy tones reminded me of The Lost Boys?
For me though, I thought David Tennant stole the show, which was unexpected as I’ve actually never seen him in anything before.
Well deserved 4.5 stars
